The main feature of this product is its superb blendable texture that can be adapted to obtain as much or as little dramatic intensity as you desire. It can be used as an eye-liner or a classic kohl pencil, and it can also be used as an eye shadow, using the smudge tip applicator. The eye pencil contains Vitamin E, Rice Germ Oil and Jojoba Oil with anti-oxidants.
