Light Controlling Lotion balancing toner features antiseptic clove oil to eliminate bacteria and glycerin to moisturize skin. The exfoliating formula tightens pores, reduces surface oil and refines texture for refreshed skin.

How to use: Tone immediately following cleansing. Saturate a cotton ball with toner. Gently sweep over the face, avoiding the eye area. Follow with treatments and moisturizer.
