How to Use
Apply sun protection just before sun exposure.

Re-apply frequently and generously to maintain protection, especially after swimming, perspiring, playing in the sand or after towel-drying.

Hazards and Cautions
Keep an eye on the time; do not spend too long in the sun even while using a sunscreen product, because it does nit provide 100% protection. Avoid sun exposure during peak hours (11am-3pm in the UK, 12-4pm on the continent) when the sun is at its most intense.

At home and abroad, try to ensure that children play in the shade.

Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight.

Keep yourself well covered, including a hat, T-shirt and sunglasses.

Use sunscreen products that offer sufficient protection for your skin, we recommend a minimum of SPF 30 for children and a minimum of SPF 15 for adults.
