Designed to create depth and define the shape of the eyes. The Flat Eyeshadow Brush boasts a stiff and narrow head, perfect for applying darker shades of shadow to the outer corners of the eyelid or blending shadows and eye pencils together along the lash line.

How to use: Dip the brush into shadow. Using small circular strokes, apply the shadow to the outer corner of your eyelids. To blend shadow into your eye pencil, use short, vertical, upward strokes along the top lash line and short, vertical, downward strokes along the bottom lash line.
