Another Vincent Longo first, Bi-Brow combines brow-filling powder and pomade in a single package. Designed to contour and shape the brows for a polished, feminine look. The non-greasy pomade tames brows and holds them in place all day as the powder adheres to hairs to build natural volume. A sheer tint leaves a soft, natural luster and rich color.

How to use: Dip a brush into the powder. Using short brushstrokes, begin at the highest point of the brow's natural arch and move along to the outer tip. Next, lightly fill the inner half of the brow using the same technique. Using a brow or lash comb, brush the brows to soften the powder and blend it into the brows to increase volume. Dip your finger into the pomade, gently dab it on the brows then comb the brows for direction.
