If you use SPECIAL BASE as polisher, apply a coat of the product on the clean and dry nail. Wait for five minutes, then apply two coats of LAYLA NAIL POLISH. Your nails will be sparkling.If you use SPECIAL BASE as enamel setter, it will make your nail polish more resistant and lasting, ensuring fastness over a longer period
