A double-sided brow brush and comb, Vincent's Brush #10 is ideal for smoothing and grooming your brow line. Featuring a compact head and dense bristles, it moves through hair at the roots, lifting and adding volume.

How to use: Gently stroke the brush head through the brows in an upward direction to add volume. Follow with the comb side to guide the hairs in the direction of your arc.
