Remove eye and lip makeup gently while soothing and hydrating your skin. The dual-phase preparation of Erno Laszlo's makeup remover features an oil to loosen and a water phase to completely dissolve makeup, as well as cucumber extract, aloe vera and witch hazel extract to then calm under-eye puffiness.

How to use: Prior to cleansing, shake to mix and then saturate a cotton ball with the formula. Sweep over the face and across the eyelids, moving outward from the inner corners. To remove mascara, gently sweep along lashes from base to tip until clean.
