The Eye Designer eyeshadows with the new formula do not settle in the eyelid crease and are very long-lasting. Due to the refillable Eye Designer cartridge system, all colors can be combined at will. The two differently shaped applicators provide a precise and professional application of the eyeshadows. Nourishing waxes maintain the eye area soft and supple. Remove transparent protective cap from Glam Stars Eye Designer Applicator. Remove refill cap and screw refill carefully onto pencil. Fit a light color for the base on the thicker applicator and a darker shade to the thinner applicator for finer lines or for the accentuation of individual eye areas.
