4 stars co's it's a bit pricey for a lip primer that to me is basically a lip balm. Probably do the same with chap stick as a base, but this balm does feel nice. There is color but goes on translucent. I could wear this alone or under a lipstick. I have dry lips so this was nice to combine with lipstick. Again, the price is just too much snd the tube is tiny, but the product itself is nice.
