Matting top coat

With the new Mat Effect Top Coat one can easily achieve the fashionable mat look. The top coat can be evenly applied and quickly unfolds its effect – weather just the nail tip or on the whole nail. Special styling ideas: mat the colored lacquer with the top coat and then reapply the colored lacquer to the tip of the nail to make it shiny again. The matt-maker in the lacquer is silica (clay earth). This influences the light reflection and diffusion so that the lacquer appears matt.
