Inspired by Sami, a prisoner held in Guatanamo Bay and later realeased without charge. Simon was moved by his resilience and positive attitude despite all that he had been through. He used local materials to create a portrait of freedom, including a base with oudh, sandalwood and orris which makes it one of our most exclusive and expensive base notes of all of our fragrances.
