คลีนเซอร์เนื้อบาล์มที่แปรเปลี่ยนสภาพได้หลากรูปแบบ เริ่มต้นเป็นบาล์มแล้วกลายเป็นน้ำมันและน้ำนม เมื่อนวดบนผิวบาล์มนี้จะละลายเป็นคลีนซิ่งออยล์ และเมื่อสัมผัสกับน้ำตัวออยล์จะกลายสภาพเป็นน้ำนมเข้มข้นเพื่อช่วยละลายและกำจัดสิ่งสกปรก ความมันส่วนเกิน มลพิษที่เกาะติดบนผิว รวมทั้งเมคอัปที่ลบยากที่สุดอย่างมาสคาร่า
